Here are some healthy recipes that incorporate OMG! Nutrition. You’ll love all the awesome benefits magnesium has to offer.
BONNIE’S HIGH-PROTEIN BLEND
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
2 tsp OMG! Nutrition Tropical Punch or Berry Blast
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 serving vanilla protein powder (I like Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen Fuel)
Almond milk to taste
2-4 Ice cubes
Optional: Add flavored extract like banana or raspberry to taste; and raspberries, dark cherries or other fruit.
Directions: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!
PEANUT BUTTER BERRY BLAST SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water⠀
1 cup unsweetened oat milk⠀
1 packet or scoop OMG! Berry Blast⠀
2 tbsp peanut butter ⠀
1/2 frozen avocado⠀
1/2 cup frozen strawberries ⠀
2-5 ice cubes⠀
⠀
Directions: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!
VERY BERRY “MOUSSE” CUP
Ingredients:
1/3 cup liquid pasteurized egg whites
1 packet or scoop of OMG! Nutrition Berry Blast
1 tsp sweetener, honey or stevia (optional)
1 tsp chia seeds
½ cup fruit (frozen raspberries or blueberries work really well)
Directions: Blend egg whites, OMG! powder and sweetener (if you’re using it) until egg whites are firm (1-2 minutes…they should be stiff!). Add chia seeds and fruit and blend well. Serve with fresh berries on top or sliced banana, granola or chopped nuts!
SAM’S SIMPLE ICED TEA
Steep a cup of Green Tea (or any tea you like), add ice, stir in 1 pack of your favorite OMG! Nutrition flavor and enjoy!
